Here explains how negative emotions are indicators and how unuseful is try to cover them with a smile. If you don´t change the thoghts habits that causes this "negative indications", nothing can change in your life. If you don´t expect something different it can not be.
A terminal diagnosis or disease is just an indicator of vibration. If you change your thoughts, then your vibration changes and the disease has to disappear.

We are constantly living the manifestation indicators(our "now" experience) of our vibration.

If you want to change something you have to offer a different vibration. Most of us maintain our reality by no changing our thoughts. Then nothing changes.
